Name
msgu - send a textmessage to a user
Usage
	msgu <user_id> <some text here>
This is used to send a textmessage to a certain user that is currently
connected to your server. Like with all msg commands (->msg, ->msgall),
it is possible to strip the "telnet.loginname" thats usualy displayed
infront of all messages you send via telnet by putting a "@" infront of
	your message.
Example
	fp wotan
	>p_id p_dbid c_id nickname loginname ip
	>8540 3954 15 "wotan" "wodan" "213.103.139.105"
