Interface IParameterizedFactory<T,P,X extends Exception>

Type Parameters:

T - Type that gets created by the factory.

P - Parameter that is used for creation.

X - Exception that can get thrown during execution of the factory method. If no exception is thrown, use NeverThrownRuntimeException.
